Enjoy Oktoberfest at River Rat this Saturday, Oct. 7, from 12 to 10 p.m. The fall event features live music, including Die Lustigen Musikanten Band and Bob Planner, specialty drinks, and a variety of Oktoberfest food like schnitzel, bratwurst, pretzels, and more.
2023 Corn Maze at Clinton Sease Farm | Friday, Oct. 6 – Sunday, Oct. 8 | Times vary | Clinton Sease Farm, 382 Olde Farm Rd. in Lexington | $15 | The corn maze at Clinton Sease Farm is back and this year the event is themed “The Jewel of South Carolina.”
2023 Annual Blythewood Oktoberfest | Friday, Oct. 6 | 5 pm – 9:30 pm | Saturday, Oct. 7 | 8 am – 9:30 pm | Doko Meadows Park, 171 Langford Rd in Blythewood | Free | as the community comes out in force to celebrate the rich German history and have a ton of fun! There will be German food and beverages, Biergartens, and swag for the whole family!
Movie in the Park | Friday, Oct. 6 | 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm | Roy Lynch Park, 900 Abbeville Street, Columbia | this event will be held at Roy Lynch Park located in the Elmwood neighborhood. There will be a pumpkin patch, food trucks, face painting, balloon artists and other activities for families. The featured film will be The Super Mario Bros. So, bring your blankets and chairs and get ready for a great event hosted by Village Church downtown.
