SakiTumi is a locally owned restaurant located in the downtown Vista arts & entertainment district. Located down an alley in the back of an old historic building, you’ll find fresh sushi, flavorful grill items, creative cocktails and a great Sunday Brunch.
SakiTumi offers Columbia a warm and upbeat atmosphere, modern decor, and a diverse menu. For those who love sushi, they have fresh fish delivered daily. For those who don’t care for sushi, half the menu is devoted to hibachi items, Kobe burgers, steak, chicken and more.
SakiTumi hosts NEMO-VINO Night on Tuesdays, half-price select Sushi & Martini on Wednesdays. The sushi rolls and drinks rotate each week so you never get bored with the same selections and half-price Sake Saturdays!
Be sure to try the made fresh daily Lobster Wontons. Wontons filled with a blend of lobster, boursin cheese and green onion. Served with Thai chili sauce and wasabi aioli. I also LOVE the Tempura Fried Asparagus, the Saki Yagi Roll, the Rainbow Roll, and their super fresh, melt-in-your-mouth Salmon Sashimi. Cocktails are also a hit here, and my favorite drink is their Cucumber Watermelon Margarita for a refreshing and tangy sip in between bites of delicious food, as well as their Ecstasy Martini and Raspberry Lemondrop Martini.
